Intracorneal Ring (Intracorneal Ring Application)

Corneal ring application is done by placing transparent, semicircular plastic pieces into the cornea through the tunnel opened by cutting these two plastic parts in the cornea. Corneal rings do not stop the progression of keratoconus, and temporarily correct visual impairment.
